Returns & Exchanges

Stüssy offers a 30-day window from the date of delivery to return or exchange items provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain limited-release items and final sale products are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select your items.

  Print Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal; a return shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund.

• 3.
  Pack Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, ensuring the packing slip is included inside the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
